InfluenceVR allows you to create and customize a bio-link page that may contain links, text, images, videos, social media profiles, buttons, and other content.

You are responsible for everything you publish through your account and bio-link page.

You represent and agree that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you upload.
  • Your content does not knowingly violate another person’s intellectual property rights.
  • Your content does not violate applicable laws.
  • Your content does not contain malicious code, malware, viruses, or other harmful material.
  • You will not use your page to impersonate another person, organization, or brand.
  • You will not use InfluenceVR to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, or other deceptive activity.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InfluenceVR to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant InfluenceVR a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically modify your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service.

This license does not give us ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of your content.

We may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

6. Public Content

InfluenceVR is designed to allow users to publish information publicly.

When you make content public, you understand that:

  • Copies may remain available after you remove the original content.

9. Subscriptions and Paid Services

InfluenceVR may offer free and paid plans, including Starter and Pro plans.

The features and limitations associated with each plan may vary and may be changed from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase.

10. Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription through the account or billing controls made available to you, or by contacting us where applicable.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily result in a refund for a billing period that has already been charged.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase or any applicable refund policy.

Unless otherwise stated, payments already made are not automatically refundable simply because you stop using the Service during a billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep InfluenceVR available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

  • Available
  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Secure
  • Free from bugs or technical issues

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, hosting issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service at any time.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elevate Your Life Business Solutions, LLC, InfluenceVR, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of:

  1. The amount you paid to InfluenceVR during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elevate Your Life Business Solutions, LLC, InfluenceVR, and their owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your violation of applicable law.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy.
